Teller Part Time Bilingual in Spanish Required

This part‑time Teller position requires fluency in Spanish and is located at the Young Circle Branch, 1837 Tyler Street, Hollywood, FL 33020. Job Description Deliver a unique customer experience that improves financial wellbeing, creates loyalty and increases share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available alternatives. Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer appropriately, making meaningful conversations to connect customers with branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers' problems within established limits. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and maintaining accurate daily operations and maintenance transactions. Qualifications Proficiency in Spanish and a customer‑centric mentality. Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail. Effective communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify opportunities for sales. Familiarity with digital tools and banking products. Experience with fraud detection and prevention, risk management and compliance is a plus. No formal degree required; comparable education, certification, or experience will be considered.
