When you join SA, you play a part in giving every student who walks through our doors a fair shot at reaching his or her potential.Role OverviewSA is seeking a Senior IT Executive Support Specialist to deliver white-glove, high-touch technology support for our C-suite executives, board members, and key stakeholders. This role goes beyond traditional helpdesk support; it requires a blend of advanced tecnical expertise, absolute discretion, and exceptional emotional intelligence to ensure seamless, zero-friction technology experiences for our leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesVIP Technical Support & ResolutionProvide concierge-level, priority technical support for all executive hardware, software, mobile devices, and home office setups. Troubleshoot complex issues across multi-platform environments (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android) with minimal downtime. Manage high-priority incidents with urgency, root-cause analysis, and clear, non-technical communication tailored to executive preferences.Executive Collaboration & AV SystemsOversee and support high-stakes boardroom meetings, hybrid conferences, and live webcasts (utilizing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and enterprise AV hardware). Ensure flawless audio-visual, display, and network connectivity before and during critical executive presentations and board sessions.Proactive Infrastructure & SecurityCoordinate device provisioning, secure configuration, and lifecycle management for all executive assets. Partner with the Cybersecurity team to enforce stringent security policies (e.g., MDM, multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection) without disrupting executive workflows. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on executive hardware and communication channels.Discreet & Available Service DeliveryHandle highly sensitive and confidential corporate information with strict discretion and adherence to company compliance standards. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend support for urgent international travel or critical business events.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years in enterprise IT support, with at least 3 years dedicated to supporting C-level executives or VIP stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.Technical Mastery: Advanced troubleshooting proficiency in macOS, iOS, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Experience with enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf).Familiarity with modern enterprise video conferencing hardware and room systems (Crestron, Logitech, Teams Rooms).Solid understanding of enterprise networking, VPNs, and secure remote access protocols.Soft Skills:Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, patient demeanor under pressure.High emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate executive technology needs proactively.Uncompromising integrity and commitment to data privacy and discretion.Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
