SEC RMAs/liliCoordinate, monitor, and execute return process with Samsung HQ. Branch Transfers/liliCoordinate, monitor, and execute inter-company transactions./liliPN Registrations/liliSupport Sales Teams by registering PNs in SAP as needed./liliDeletion Marks/liliSupport Sales Teams by un-deleting Deletion Marks as needed/liliScrap Audit/liliCoordinate, audit, and reconcile monthly scrap RMAs/liliMonthly/Weekly/Daily Reports/liliPrepare and analyze inventory related reports for upper management and HQ./li/ulh3Requirements for RMA Support/h3ulliAdvanced Word / Excel skills a plus. Able to understand RMA concepts and policies./liliProactively manages issues and activities and can prioritize well./liliStrong communication, highly motivated individual capable of working with limited direction./liliAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlines while following explicit policy and procedures./liliAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-tech environment./liliExcellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and works well in a team environment or as an independent contributor./liliAbility to work calmly, maintains a professional demeanor, produce results under pressure, and escalate to management appropriately./liliAdditional: Lifting 24lb boxes, Moving 15 boxes at a time (with a cart), Packaging, Labeling Delivery Info, Inspection/li/ul/div
