COMPUNETIX CONTINUES TO GROW AND INNOVATE.We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions, including ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and federal contractor regulations while supporting organizational objectives and fostering a compliant, high-performing workforce.Responsibilities:Lead/manage HR functions/staff, policy administration, compensation & benefits, leaves/absences, federal compliance, and talent acquisitionUpdate employee handbookProvide guidance on employee conductOversee FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and OFCCP complianceQuality Management System alignmentEvent planningRequirements:Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, master's and/or technical discipline a plus5-8+ years' experience in an HR management role, preferably in a federal contracting environmentExperience with technical/manufacturing recruitingExperience with compensation and benefits requiredMulti-state or international experience preferredPosition regularly requires independent judgement and discretionStrong knowledge of employment laws/regulationsStrong interpersonal, leadership and communication skillsExcellent computer skills and attention-to-detailAbility to lift up to 10lbs.We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities
