Human Resources Manager

CSE Corporation is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions, foster a positive culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive talent development. This hands‑on leadership role is based onsite in Export, PA, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 130,000 per year. Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization. Design and manage compensation structures, job descriptions, and performance appraisal processes. Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives. Administer benefits programs, manage claims, and ensure cost‑effective coverage. Direct compliance efforts including Equal Employment Opportunity obligations and affirmative action reporting. Advise employees and managers on employee relations and organizational policies. Maintain precise HR records, contribute to leadership discussions, and drive process improvements. Educate managers and supervisors on HR best practices and legal compliance. Assess and implement HR information systems. Perform other related duties as needed. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. In‑depth expertise in employee relations, safety, training, and legal compliance. A bachelor's degree plus at least five years of HR experience. A master's degree in HR with a minimum of three years of HR experience. Nine years of HR experience without a degree.
