**Blender/PresserLocation : 200 Fullerton Avenue, Carol Stream, IL 60188Work Timing : 6:00 am to 2:30 pmPay Rate : $18/hr.

**Job Summary:

**

The Blender/Presser is responsible for measuring, blending, and processing abrasive materials to produce quality abrasive segments. This role requires attention to detail, accurate measurements, and the ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.

**Qualifications:

**

• **Strong math skills and attention to detail

  **.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• **Experience using calipers and small scales is a plus

  **.

• Experience with material handling in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• **Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

**Responsibilities:

**

• Measure and blend powders, bonds, and abrasive grains according to specifications.

• Measure, load, and cold press blended powders to produce abrasive segments.

• Prepare hubs by cleaning, sandblasting, and taping.

• Operate pallet jack and electric hoist for material handling.

• Maintain accuracy and quality standards throughout the production process.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

• Equipment Used: Pallet jack and electric hoist (no forklift required)
