Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a high-energy, resilient Customer Service Representative to join
their fast-paced call center team. This is a high-volume, performance-driven position that
combines merchant support with upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will manage 150+
inbound/outbound calls per day, supporting existing business owners with credit card
processing systems, POS terminals, fee structures, and account optimization.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-tempo environment, stays calm under pressure, and
actively identifies revenue opportunities during service interactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Call Volume: Handle 150+ inbound and outbound calls daily, resolving
merchant questions efficiently while keeping average handle times low
• Technical & Account Support: Assist business owners with POS equipment
troubleshooting, payment gateway setups, monthly statement reviews, and fee inquiries
• Generate Commission Income: Identify account upgrade opportunities-such as
adding gift card programs, next-day funding, updated hardware, or new processing
solutions-to earn uncapped commissions
• Merchant Retention: Mitigate account cancellations by resolving high-friction issues,
explaining complex billing structures clearly, and offering competitive account
adjustments
• Data Logging: Accurately document every customer interaction and update record
statuses within the CRM in real time
