Information Technology Support Technician

Position Overview Location: Franklin, TN - 5 days onsite. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000. Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). This is a great opportunity to join the IT support team at a nationally recognized law firm and provide hands‑on help desk support in their Franklin office. Typical Day to Day (Tasks & Responsibilities) Answer incoming help desk calls and support tickets Provide onsite support for Franklin attorneys and staff Troubleshoot Level 1 and 2 technical issues Support Office365 and Microsoft Teams related issues Assist users in a predominantly Windows‑based environment Escalate more advanced issues when appropriate Provide white‑glove customer support to internal employees Document issues and resolutions within ticketing system Equal Opportunity Employer Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
