In this pivotal role, you'll work with high school-aged youth, offering crucial assessments and interventions that foster positive educational and emotional outcomes. Qualifications and Experience
- Valid WI School Psychologist license required
- Experience working with high school students preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective interventions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide psychological and educational evaluations for students
- Support special education eligibility determination and IEP development
- Deliver individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on student needs
- Contribute to school-wide preventative and intervention programs
- Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and reports
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of your work
- Engage in professional development and team meetings
In this position, you'll enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, working 30 hours each week. This structure offers meaningful engagement with students, while supporting a balanced workload.
