Preferred candidates will bring experience collaborating within school settings and a passion for empowering teens. The role centers on working with a high school caseload, delivering both direct and consultative support to students five days a week, 30 hours weekly.
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin School Psychologist license required
- Prior experience with high school-aged students preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with both special education and general education staff
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results
- Create targeted intervention strategies to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and prevention
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
