Position Details Full‑time, in‑person role Base pay is based on experience and ranges from $40k - $60k per year Bonuses, commissions, and performance incentives for a potential total pay of $50k-$70k per year Vacation and holiday pay Health insurance pay included Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications No insurance experience required, but increased pay available based on experience and licensing. Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
