About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its community-focused organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the community pool, including the development and oversight of aquatic programming that promotes health, fitness, and community engagement. This role involves supervising staff, engaging with the community to foster partnerships, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the facility with all relevant regulations. The ideal Executive Director will have a proven track record in leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for community wellness and water-related activities.
