Together, the combined firm offers expanded capabilities across industries and end-to-end project delivery—from early-stage strategy through design, construction, and occupancy.As a Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams to support planning, design, and construction activities for new buildings, tenant improvements, infrastructure projects, and facility assignments.How You'll ContributeServe as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle, focused on Electrical systems and Fire Alarm/Life Safety systems.Coordinate and manage regular design meetings and specific discussions with the client, consultants, contractors, etc.; document discussions, and track action items to maintain accountabilityDrive the creation of Electrical and Fire Alarm/Life Safety documents to support project executionReview project requirements and program objectives and confirm incorporation into consultant deliverablesCoordinate procurement of design, construction, and consultant servicesSupport contract development, review, negotiation, and administration for project-related agreements; coordinate specialty consultants and peer reviews as neededDevelop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and project controls; support evaluation of potential changes to project scope, budget, and scheduleAnalyze project budgets and schedules and identify potential impacts to financial and operational objectivesParticipate in value engineering discussions and review project alternatives with clients and teamsBuild strong partnerships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholdersCollaborate with clients and project teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentumSupport Project team and/or mentor internal project resources, including Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.Monitor construction activities and confirm alignment with design intent, contract requirements, schedules, and quality standards; observe and report on construction progress and project-related issuesSupport and coordinate successful project closeout and transition/training activitiesWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience in an electrical-affiliated role- project management, design, coordination, construction, or operationsExperience supporting complex technology, infrastructure, mission-critical, laboratory, or commercial projects is preferredBachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.
