Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Warriors Heart, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and challenges.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to enable goal achievement.

• Facilitating virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for clients to express and work through their challenges.

• Engaging with interdisciplinary teams to discuss patient progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary.

• Staying current with mental health best practices, including utilizing telehealth technologies effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, along with those facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will be instrumental in providing support and guidance to help these individuals navigate their recovery journey, fostering hope and resilience as they work towards reclaiming their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current LCSW license in the state of Virginia, demonstrating your professional qualifications and adherence to state regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
