Job Description

CNC/WIRE EDM Machinist

Weekend Shift : Friday, Saturday, and Sunday| |5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. | Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours
- Enjoy a 4 day work week with Monday through Thursday off while still receiving 40 hours of pay

Job Type : Contract to Hire Opportunity
Pay: $20+ depending on experience

We are currently seeking experienced CNC/WEDM Operators for a highly respected manufacturing facility in the Port Huron area. This company is known for its excellent culture, clean work environment, long term stability, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC and Wire EDM machines
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Make machine offsets and adjustments
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Support production and quality goals

Qualifications:

Previous CNC machining and/or Wire EDM experience preferred
Programming experience is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work overtime as needed
