Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting initial consultations and assessments, collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their mental health needs.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individuals, offering specialized interventions tailored to their unique dynamics.

• Leading parent support groups, providing a safe and nurturing environment for discussion and resource sharing, particularly for those dealing with issues related to placement and adoption.

• Executing developmental evaluations for children, assessing their emotional and behavioral health.

• Delivering targeted training sessions for social workers, legal professionals, and educators, enhancing community understanding of mental health concepts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and children/adolescents facing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, family dynamics, situational crises, and developmental challenges. By providing tailored therapeutic support, you will play a crucial role in improving their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with families and children.
