Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW at Mind Upset Therapy, you will be entrusted with numerous responsibilities that directly contribute to the well-being of our clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the psychological, emotional, and social needs of each client.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring they align with client preferences and clinical needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, while ensuring timely updates to track client progress.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, involving psychiatrists, psychologists, and supportive staff, to facilitate cohesive management of care.

• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical skills and elevate the standards of care.

You will primarily support individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders, alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
