Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy sessions, ensuring therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs identified during assessments.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for billing, insurance authorizations, and treatment plans in alignment with regulatory standards.
\n
• Develop crisis plans, safety assessments, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at fostering stable functioning for patients.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive discharge plans for when clients are ready to transition from therapeutic support.
\n
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations as well as comply with Inspire Wellness’s policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and ongoing education to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to share insights and learn from colleagues in a supportive environment.
\n
• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training requirements to maintain professional standing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse range of individuals—including children, adolescents, and adults—who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise in culturally sensitive therapy will be crucial in building rapport and encouraging engagement among clients from various backgrounds, thereby improving their overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the State of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or with underserved populations is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to utilize telehealth technologies effectively for remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
