Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, establishing a strong therapeutic rapport.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with assessment findings and clients' personal goals, integrating feedback from clients throughout the process.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans when necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care and holistic treatment approaches.

• Advocate for client rights and facilitate access to essential mental health services and community resources.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical standards of practice as dictated by state licensing boards and professional organizations.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to enhance collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
