Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand the severity and frequency of their mood disorder symptoms and to establish a foundation for personalized care.

• Collaborate with clients to design tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals, ensuring their voices and preferences are integral to the process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
