This position supports a remote work setting, allowing our mental health counselors to engage with patients through a digital platform while ensuring their comfort and convenience. We maintain a flexible work schedule with dedicated hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, accommodating adjustments to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to explore the unique experiences of each patient, allowing for personalized treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada is required.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
