Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to practicum students, guiding them through their clinical licensure journey and offering practical insight into therapeutic practices.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression to relationship issues.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to ancillary services as needed.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients, evaluating progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and best practices for telehealth services.

• Stay informed of current research, advanced practices, and innovations within the field of mental health to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state licensure such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R is required.

• Professional liability insurance is a must.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Experience supervising or mentoring mental health practicum students is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, with full-time positions earning between USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually.
