Basic Job Functions Nucor Warehouse Systems is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Generalist. We are looking for an efficient and reliable HR Generalist to undertake a variety of HR activities including but not limited to the following: Recruiting, hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employment laws and regulations including Affintive Action and other. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree or higher or one year of HR related experience with supervisor approval.
