Senior Account Executive

Company Profile Our client is a highly innovative, pre-revenue B2B SaaS company that has developed a specialized virtual collaboration platform for professional workflows, including media/entertainment, architecture, and healthcare. Their platform provides a significant competitive advantage over standard video conferencing and hardware-heavy legacy solutions. The company recently brought on a sales leader who is now ready to scale the sales organization, with a team of Founding Account Executives. Job Description Act as a foundational Sr. Account Executive, actively building and defining the sales infrastructure, playbooks, client‑facing processes, and metric reporting (HubSpot) in a start‑up environment. Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting through close—on architectural firms, engineering practices, and construction companies to meet a target quota of $1.5M. Conduct deep‑diving product demonstrations and consult with high‑level AEC stakeholders, effectively using your industry knowledge to solve real‑world project collaboration and workflow bottlenecks. Requirements Industry Expertise: You must bring authentic subject‑matter expertise in the AEC space. The ideal candidate worked earlier in their career as a Project Manager, Site Manager, Architect, CAD/Revit Designer, or similar role, and later transitioned into software sales. Alternatively, you must have an extensive track record (10+ years) successfully selling software solutions directly to AEC firms and can confidently "talk shop" with industry experts. Sales Profile: Proven track record in a full‑cycle closing role (Account Executive) with proven quota attainment. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Candidates should be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with limited built‑in systems.
