Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Shillington, PA Work Arrangement: Hybrid/On-site flexibility Position Overview Our client, a growing and well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This individual will manage and a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while providing exceptional service, developing strong client relationships, and supporting overall agency growth. Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication Review coverage needs and provide insurance solutions tailored to client objectives Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal service teams Identify opportunities for account rounding and account growth Ensure a high level of client retention and satisfaction Qualifications 3+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage including property, casualty, and related products Experience managing a book of business independently or as part of a team Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr The Carlisle Group (TCG)
