What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in a Level-IIIB and Level-IIIA NICU setting.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to develop and implement care plans for neonatal patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational activities.
• Engage in family-centered care, supporting NICU families with education and resources.
• Utilize advanced ventilator support and neonatal technology.
• Assist with well-baby coverage and support unit operations as needed.

What You Need

• Current board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Active Missouri state license or eligibility to practice in Missouri
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality neonatal care
