What You'll Do

Own the customer experience from order to delivery.
Coordinate daily logistics and production schedules.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Solve problems and make real-time operational decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
Help drive the continued growth of our Charlotte operation.

What You'll Bring

Experience in operations, logistics, transportation, construction, manufacturing, or customer service.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A desire to take ownership, think strategically, and continuously improve.
A positive attitude and the ambition to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
