Personal Training Manager (PTM)Crunch Fitness is looking for a driven, energetic Personal Training Manager (PTM) who knows how to build relationships, develop people, sell with confidence, and create an incredible member experience. This isn't a position where you sit behind a desk and manage from the sidelines. You'll be on the floor, leading from the front—meeting members, closing new personal training clients, coaching trainers, developing your team, and building a successful Personal Training business inside your club. If you're a successful Personal Trainer who's ready for the next step—or an experienced fitness leader looking for an opportunity to build something bigger—we want to meet you.As the Personal Training Manager, you'll be responsible for three major areas:Grow the BusinessDevelop the TeamDeliver Results for MembersWhat You'll DoLead from the front by conducting CrunchOne Kickoffs and directly generating new Personal Training clientsCoach trainers on sales, consultations, programming, client retention, and member engagementRecruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing Personal Training teamConduct regular coaching sessions, role-playing, performance reviews, and team meetingsManage trainer schedules and resources based on business needs and performance KPIsDrive Personal Training revenue, client acquisition, retention, and EFT growthEnsure an outstanding first 90-day experience for every Personal Training clientHelp trainers build strong books of business and successful long-term careersEnsure Personal Trainers deliver safe, effective, results-driven programsMaintain accurate reporting, goal tracking, client measurements, programming, and progress reviewsUtilize company systems and tools including ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku, dotFIT, and other Crunch platformsPartner with the General Manager and club leadership to identify opportunities and execute plans for growthUphold Crunch standards for professionalism, punctuality, appearance, cleanliness, member service, and team cultureWe're looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, accountable, and energized by helping other people succeed. The ideal candidate has:Personal Training and fitness programming knowledgeStrong sales and closing skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilityThe confidence to coach and hold others accountableExperience developing or motivating a teamA strong understanding of KPIs and performance managementA positive, high-energy leadership styleA passion for delivering an outstanding member experienceThe ability to lead by example—not just manage from an officePrevious Personal Training management experience is great, but we're also interested in high-performing Personal Trainers who are ready to take the next step into leadership.High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's Degree preferredCurrent CPR/AED certification1–2+ years of Personal Training experience preferredManagement or team leadership experience preferredConsultative sales experience strongly preferredAccepted Personal Training Certifications Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification, including: ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute, IFPA, NASM, NESTA, NFPT, NSCA or another company-approved nationally recognized certification.Physical Requirements This is an active leadership position. Candidates must be able to move throughout the club, demonstrate exercises and equipment usage, communicate effectively with members and employees, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.Why Crunch?
