Now Hiring: Business Development Specialist
Full-Time or Part-Time | $24–$26/hr (DOE)
Are you a motivated, goal-oriented professional with a talent for connecting with people? We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team!
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be generating appointments for our sales team by:
Researching and identifying potential clients
Making outbound sales calls and following up on leads
Qualifying prospects and presenting our services
Scheduling meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives
Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective marketing plans
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience with cold calling or lead generation is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
