Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Telemetry

Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 5 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements:

• Current RN Licensure required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIHSS required prior to start
• A minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical Telemetry experience required; Progressive care experience preferred
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including medical surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes
• Assist with procedures and protocols within the unit's scope of practice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety standards
