Job Title: IT Developer
Remote
Type: Contract

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
Develop Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), Power Automate flows, and Power Platform solutions.
Build and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and APIs.
Develop solutions using .NET, JavaScript, Power Fx, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Web API.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and connectors.
Participate in Agile development activities including planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support production issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution.
Follow established ALM processes utilizing Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
Experience with Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM implementations.
Strong knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, Power Fx, Dataverse, and Web API development.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in Agile environments.
