Contract Front of House Manager

We are seeking a Contract Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and prior experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate front of house staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Manage reservations and seating arrangements
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Train and mentor new employees

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems
Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor
Leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
