Senior General Ledger
Hounen Solar America Inc.
The Senior General Ledger Accountant is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, supporting month‑end close, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate accounting records in a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, and Cost Accounting to support daily financial operations Key Responsibilities Perform monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities Prepare and post journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting Support inventory, fixed assets, and manufacturing accounting transactions Assist with financial statement preparation and audit support Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Cost Accounting to ensure accurate financial data Support ERP system improvements and accounting process optimization Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of General Ledger accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month‑end close Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
