This is an independent sales opportunity with compensation based entirely on commissions. There is no fixed base salary. Earnings are directly tied to sales performance, offering significant income potential for motivated and well-connected sales professionals.

About Kömmerling USA

Kömmerling USA, a part of the global profine Group , is expanding its Window & Door business across North America and is seeking experienced Independent Sales Representatives to support our continued growth in the fenestration market.

We are looking for well-connected, self-driven sales professionals or independent sales agencies with established relationships in the window, door, fenestration, building products, or construction industries .

The ideal representative understands the North American window and door market, has an established customer network, and can identify and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote Kömmerling USA's Window & Door product portfolio within an assigned territory.
\n
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with window and door manufacturers, dealers, distributors, architects, builders, developers, and glazing contractors.
\n
• Leverage existing industry relationships while continuously developing new customer contacts and sales opportunities.
\n
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to grow Kömmerling's market presence.
\n
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
\n
• Present Kömmerling products and solutions through customer meetings, presentations, and job site visits.
\n
• Work closely with our internal Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to support customer opportunities and projects.
\n
• Provide regular updates on customer activities, sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive developments.
\n
• Represent Kömmerling USA at relevant industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
\n
• Participate in occasional in-person sales, product, and strategy meetings at Kömmerling USA's headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama throughout the year.

Qualifications

\n
• Several years of successful sales or business development experience within the window, door, fenestration, building products, or construction industry.
\n
• Established network and customer relationships within the assigned market or territory.
\n
• Strong understanding of the North American window and door industry and its distribution channels.
\n
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop new accounts, and build long-term customer relationships.
\n
• Technical understanding of window and door products and the ability to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions.
\n
• Experience with European window and door systems, PVC systems, and/or Tilt & Turn products is a strong advantage, but not required.
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating independently.
\n
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory for customer visits, project meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
\n
• Existing representation of complementary, non-competing building products is a plus.
\n
