Independent Sales Representative – Custom Packaging

\nLumera Solutions LLC is a U.S.-based packaging solutions company serving customers across North America.
\nWe provide custom packaging and printed products, including paper bags, rigid boxes, folding cartons, gift boxes, retail packaging, and other custom packaging solutions through an established supplier network across Asia.
\nWe are expanding our U.S. sales network and are looking for experienced Independent Sales Representatives to develop new business and represent our custom packaging solutions in the U.S. market.
\nThe Opportunity
\nThis opportunity is ideal for experienced packaging sales professionals who already have relationships within the industry and are interested in adding a competitive custom packaging line to their existing portfolio.
\nAs an Independent Sales Representative, you will develop and manage your own customer relationships while working with our team to provide quotations, samples, product specifications, and sourcing support.
\nResponsibilities
\n- Develop new B2B sales opportunities for custom packaging products
\n- Introduce Lumera Solutions to prospective customers within your existing network and territory
\n- Build and maintain relationships with brands, retailers, distributors, and other packaging buyers
\n- Identify customer packaging requirements and communicate opportunities to our team
\n- Coordinate with our team on quotations, samples, specifications, and order requirements
\n- Manage customer relationships and follow up on active sales opportunities
\n- Develop long-term business within your market or territory
\nQualifications
\n- Proven B2B sales experience in the packaging, printing, or related industry
\n- Established relationships with packaging buyers, brands, retailers, distributors, or other relevant B2B customers
\n- Strong understanding of custom packaging and/or printed products
\n- Proven ability to independently develop and manage customer accounts
\n- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
\n- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
\n- Existing book of business or active industry network is strongly preferred
\nExperience selling any of the following is particularly relevant:
\n- Rigid boxes
\n- Folding cartons
\n- Paper shopping bags
\n- Gift packaging
\n- Retail packaging
\n- Printed packaging materials
\n- Other custom paper packaging products
\nCompensation
\nCommission-based compensation with competitive earning potential.
\nCommission structure and territory arrangements will be discussed based on experience, customer network, and market coverage.
