Thirty Three Threads is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to build new wholesale business within two channels: Resort, Wellness & Hospitality channel and Run Specialty channel.

Resort, Wellness & Hospitality

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Prospect and open new business across wellness resorts, destination properties, retreat operators, luxury hospitality, racquet clubs and select private clubs
\n
• Build a territory from the ground up using existing relationships within the channel
\n
• Present curated product and custom-program solutions across apparel, socks, bags, hydration and gifting
\n
• Identify opportunities for retreat kits, staff programs, property-logo retail, gifting and events
\n
• Support accounts through launch, reorder and ongoing sell-through
\n
• Share customer feedback to help guide future products and marketing priorities
\n

Who We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• Existing relationships within resort, wellness, spa, hospitality, racquet or club retail
\n
• Currently represents complementary, noncompeting brands
\n
• Proven new-business development experience
\n
• Experience with custom, logo or gifting programs is a plus
\n
• Comfortable developing a new territory and helping shape the channel as it grows
\n
• Strong in-person selling and relationship-building skills
\n

Run Specialty

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Open and grow independent and regional Run Specialty accounts
\n
• Present curated product solutions across technical socks, apparel, bags and accessories
\n
• Build a territory from the ground up using existing buyer relationships and new-businesses development
\n
• Support account launches, reorders, and long-term sell-through
\n
• Participate in retailer clinics, run clubs and local events where relevant
\n
• Share buyer and market feedback to help guide future product and marketing priorities
\n

• Existing relationships with Run Specialty retailers and buyers
\n
• Currently represents complementary, noncompeting brands
\n
• Comfortable building a territory and developing new business
\n
• Strong in-person selling, follow-up and account-management skills
\n
• Comfortable introducing an emerging assortment and helping identify market needs

• Help build a growing channel. Shape a new sales channel and develop a territory with meaningful growth potential.

• Get the support you need. We provide samples, sales tools, and performance incentives, and we value the insight you bring from the field.

Compensation

• Independent contractor
\n
• Commission-based, generally 12%–15% based on experience and reach
