Earn a monthly residual on every landlord you sign up, for as long as they stay subscribed.

\n

Tenora is a rent-collection app built by a Connecticut landlord for small landlords. Tenants pay rent online straight to the landlord's bank, and Tenora sends the reminders and handles late follow-ups automatically. It's live, collecting real rent, and costs landlords $25 a month.

\n

We're looking for independent sales agents to introduce Tenora to landlords who own 2–20 unit buildings. You run your own outreach on your own schedule, and you get paid for every landlord who signs up with your code and stays.

\n

HOW YOU GET PAID

\n

• $5 every month for every subscriber you bring in, for as long as they stay subscribed. The residual keeps paying after your 12-month agreement ends.• $1,000 bonus for every 50 subscribers (at 50, 100, 150 and so on), paid within 30 days of each milestone.• A subscriber counts once they've paid for 2 months. Payments are monthly, by direct deposit.

Examples:• 25 subscribers = $125/month residual• 50 subscribers = $250/month residual + $1,000 in bonuses• 100 subscribers = $500/month residual + $2,000 in bonuses• 250 subscribers = $1,250/month residual + $5,000 in bonuses

Examples only, assuming every subscriber stays. This is a commission-only, independent contractor role with no salary, hourly pay or guaranteed earnings.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

\n

• Reach landlords however works for you: phone, your real estate network, landlord groups, local associations, referrals• Explain what Tenora does, answer questions, and send interested landlords your sign-up link or book a 15-minute demo with us• Set your own hours. There are no quotas, no shifts and no minimum activity.• You can keep other jobs or clients. The only limit is not selling a competing rent-collection product.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

\n

• Have sales, cold-calling or appointment-setting experience, or work around landlords already (real estate, property management, insurance, home inspection, mortgages)• Are comfortable on the phone and good at starting conversations with business owners• Are self-directed and organized enough to run your own pipeline• Know Connecticut or New England rental markets (a plus)

• Your personal referral code and sign-up link• Product training, a suggested call script and an FAQ• Demo support from the founder for bigger prospects• Monthly statements showing every subscriber you've brought in

\n

THE RULES (NON-NEGOTIABLE )

\n

We follow telemarketing law strictly, and so will you: no calling numbers on the Do Not Call list, calls only between 9am and 8pm, no auto-dialers or robocalls, honor every "don't call me" immediately, and always say you're calling about Tenora. Breaking these rules ends the agreement.
