Inside B2B Sales Representative - DME/HME Dealer Accounts (Uncapped Commission, Path to Sales Leader

Job Description

Climbing Steps, Inc. designs and sells mobility and patient-handling equipment under three brands: Mobile Stairlift, Mobile Patient Lift, and VoltStair. Our wholesale channel is growing fast, and we need a closer who is on the phone all day, wins dealers over, and wants their paycheck tied to results.

This is INSIDE SALES. You will spend most of your day calling DME and HME providers, selling to owners and buyers, and negotiating deals. This is not order-taking. If you want to be rewarded for how much you sell, this is that role.

This is also a leadership track. We want someone who starts as a top individual seller and grows into running the team as the channel scales.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to DME/HME providers, dealers, distributors, and wholesalers
\n
• Open new accounts and grow existing ones through expanded product mix and reorders
\n
• Build a sales strategy for your territory and work it against clear targets
\n
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and programs that win deals and protect margin
\n
• Handle dealer objections on reimbursement, margin, inventory risk, and competing brands
\n
• Re-engage dormant accounts and find new revenue in the ones we already have
\n
• Run your full pipeline and forecast in HubSpot, and use it to drive results
\n
• Help shape the playbook, scripts, and process the team will use as it grows
\n
• Occasionally attend trade shows or visit key accounts
\n

What You Bring

\n
• Proven B2B sales experience in DME/HME, selling to providers who bill Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. You understand how reimbursement shapes a dealer's buying decisions.
\n
• A track record of opening new accounts and growing existing ones, with numbers you can share
\n
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort closing over the phone
\n
• Experience building sales strategy and managing customer relationships from first call through long-term account growth
\n
• Comfort making a high volume of calls daily and staying resilient through "no"
\n
• HubSpot or comparable CRM discipline
\n
• Hungry to earn: you see uncapped commission as a draw, not a risk
\n
• Led or mentored others, or clearly ready to
\n

Compensation and Growth

• Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus on accounts you open and grow
\n
• A defined path to Senior Sales / Sales Team Lead as the channel scales
\n
• Early-stage upside: you will help shape the team and the process
\n
