Role Description \n

The Account Executive – B2B AEO/SEO Solutions is a remote Contract / Subcontractor (1099) position focused on acquiring mid-market and enterprise clients for ProjectA.ai’s AI-powered platform, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and high-ticket SEO offerings.

In this performance-driven role, you will leverage your B2B sales expertise to identify qualified prospects, lead strategic discovery calls, and consultatively map client needs to Maya's automated capabilities and our high-impact AEO/SEO services.

\n

\n

This position offers a guaranteed $2,000 monthly base retainer to support dedicated pipeline development, combined with an uncapped 40% performance bonus on new closed contract value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Development: Identify, prospect, and qualify mid-market and enterprise accounts across key sectors (healthcare, energy, financial services, manufacturing, professional services).

• Consultative Selling & Demos: Lead discovery calls, deliver compelling product demos of Maya and Superintelligence.OS, and present high-ROI AEO/SEO strategies.
\n \n
• Deal Execution: Prepare proposals, negotiate deal terms, and close recurring revenue accounts.
\n \n
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with our technical, onboarding, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and ongoing customer retention.
\n \n
• Pipeline Management: Track active deals and report sales forecasts accurately within our sales engagement systems.

• Base Retainer: $2,000/month base retainer ($24,000 annualized base) for dedicated pipeline development and account availability.

• Performance Bonus / Commission: 40% uncapped commission on new contract value.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000/year (Target performance: closing ~$26,250/month in new contract value).

\n Qualifications \n

\n
• B2B Sales Record: 2+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS, digital agency, or technology sales, closing deals with mid-market or enterprise stakeholders.
\n \n
• AEO & SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and modern Answer Engine Optimization (AEO / AI Search Engine Optimization) , with the ability to clearly articulate organic visibility, AI search placement, and ROI to business owners and executives.
\n \n
• Prospecting & Outbound Mastery: Strong skills in strategic outreach, account-based prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline independently.
\n \n
• Deal Closure & Negotiation: High comfort level conducting discovery, handling complex client objections, presenting proposals, and closing high-ticket service/software retainers.
\n \n
• Self-Driven Contractor Mindset: Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, high-performance environment with high accountability and time-management skills.
\n \n
• Tech & AI Savvy: Passion for AI, workflow automation, and modern sales tools; experience selling AI products or selling into healthcare, energy, finance, or manufacturing is a strong plus.
\n \n
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent real-world experience closing high-ticket B2B service or tech deals.
