We pair AI with experienced operators so brands spend on ads, not agency fees, and know which marketing actually makes money. Our leadership team comes from Amazon and the agency side.

One lawn & garden client grew 40% year over year, with marketing revenue matching its accounting system within 0.4%.

The role:

\n

You’ll be one of our first sales hires. You’ll find brands that need us, start real conversations, and book intro calls with our leadership team. The role is part-time and remote, and you set your own hours.

What you’ll do

\n

\n
• Research consumer brands in our target segments and build outreach lists
\n
• Reach founders and marketing leaders by LinkedIn, email and phone, with personal messages, not mass blasts
\n
• Spot real interest and book intro calls with our leadership team
\n
• Find agencies, consultants and software companies that could refer clients
\n
• Keep HubSpot up to date
\n
• Share what you hear from prospects so we can sharpen our messaging
\n

What you bring

\n

\n
• 1+ years of B2B outbound sales (SDR/BDR), ideally selling services, software or marketing
\n
• Short, specific writing that sounds human
\n
• Comfort with HubSpot or a similar CRM, LinkedIn and Google Sheets
\n
• The discipline to work independently and hit activity goals
\n
• Bonus: knowledge of consumer brands, Amazon, ecommerce, retail or performance marketing, or contacts in home, garden, hardware or outdoor brands

Compensation

\n

\n

Commission only to start: $150 per qualified meeting held, plus 10% of first-year revenue from clients you source, paid monthly. A single client typically earns you $6K–$14K.
