- Partner with managers and leadership on employee coaching, conflict resolution, and performance discussions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation.
- Maintain HRIS data, personnel records, policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Support compensation planning, annual reviews, employee training, and engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting multistate HR operations and employment law compliance.
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
