People Operations Generalist — Startup HR, Equity & Impact
The Boring Company
The Boring Company is seeking an HR Generalist to support field HR operations, onboarding, and employee relations for the Las Vegas site. You will process HRIS transactions, verify I-9s, and coordinate recruiting activities for Vegas Loop and related sites. With 4+ years in front-facing HR roles and a Bachelor’s in HR, you will coach leaders, manage investigations, and serve as the HR single point of contact for benefits, compensation, payroll, and employee relations. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Boring Company
