What you will do in the Business Development Representative role: Understand VanishID’s product offering, value proposition, and the competitive landscape Be knowledgeable about our partners and their integrated product and service offerings Be relentless in understanding the needs, pain points, and desired outcomes of our prospects and customers Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to organize and maximize prospecting efforts into target accounts Set meetings with organizations with our targeted personas via integrated marketing campaigns, marketing activities, and traditional outbound prospecting Respond to and qualify inbound leads regarding VanishID products Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills Maintain engagement with new and existing leads to increase interest in VanishID Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of quality meetings and sourced opportunities Maintain Salesforce as the system of record Perform daily cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to target accounts Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (need to have): 6+ months of business/sales development experience or similar professional experience Ability to make a high volume of outbound activities daily to engage prospects Technically proficient and able to communicate the value of VanishID to both technical and business leaders Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent prioritization, organization, and focus Benefits, PTO & Equity We’re proud to offer a generous benefits package including: Various high quality medical plans with up to 100% employer-paid coverage for employees and 50% employer-paid coverage for dependents Dental and vision plans with partial employer-paid coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) Free access to One Medical, Teladoc, HealthAdvocate and TalkSpace online therapy Employer-paid short- and long-term disability insurance Equity in a growing startup 401k with employer match and immediate vesting (both Traditional and Roth) Discretionary PTO (we trust you to take time off when you need it!) 13 annual holidays off AI Tool Stipend for Personal Use Paid parental leave Monthly virtual events A truly remote-first environment An Important Note: Don’t meet every single requirement?
