ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of six. I'm a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, have been married to my wife for 15 years, and am the proud father of three daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, attending Kansas City Royals games, and cheering on my daughters in their activities.

Serving our community is an important part of our agency. I'm a board member for Greensworks, active in my church, a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and regularly volunteer at our local food pantry. I believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Liam Porter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
