Job title : HR Generalist
Location : Rocky Mount NC
6 months contract on W2

The People Support team is looking for someone to support 3rd shift HR activities. The first couple weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12-6pm. Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4pm-1am with a 1 hour break.

Responsibilities:
-Handle all employee relations activites
-Counsel and coach managers
-Be the subject matter expert for HR policies
-Own and update HR processes
-Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system
The ideal candidate will have:
-Ability to work independently
-Strong problem solving skills
-Experience with influencing and coaching
-Ability to work with various personalities
-Experience working with confidential information
-Solid foundational HR expertise
Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required Company Description
