What you’ll get

The work

• Install and remove holiday lights on homes and commercial sites.
• Work in the elements (cold, wind, light rain).
• Climb and work on ladders up to 32 ft; carry/handle gear; long shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and leave sites cleaner than you found them.

Must have

• Comfortable on ladders and roofs; no fear of heights.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Show-up-and-execute attitude; nights/weekends okay; stamina for long hours.
• Smartphone for directions and photo checkoffs.

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience in painting, roofing, window cleaning, landscaping, or construction.

Pay & status

• $19–$25/hr based on experience and performance.
• Paid weekly. raises on a bi-weekly schedule are available. Production bonuses available.
• Extra hours available during peak weeks. No overtime pay rate.

Advancement

• Strong performers get first shot at long-term roles in our construction crews (painting/drywall) after the season, with a retention bonus for staying on.
