- Vous êtes en charge de l'organisation et de la mise en "uvre de l'ensemble des activités de l'entreprise ;
- Vous êtes en charge de l'élaboration et de la mise en "uvre d'un plan d'action pour la mise en place d'un système de gestion de l'information ;
- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en "uvre de la politique de développement durable de l'entreprise et de la gestion des ressources humaines ;
- Développer un plan de mesure standardisé pour les KPI pertinents afin d'évaluer l'efficacité du département marketing.
- Le travail se fait en collaboration avec les responsables des produits marketing afin de développer les communications de la marque dans le cadre d'un parcours plus large du client ;
- Identifier les leviers de sourcing et de marketing appropriés pour construire une demande de haut de l'entonnoir et attirer efficacement les prospects ;
- La mise en "uvre des programmes de marketing dans les régions et les équipes ;
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste connexe
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en marketing, commerce, communication ou dans une discipline connexe.
- Une bonne compréhension des dernières tendances et techniques en matière de marketing
- Expérience avec des outils d'automatisation du marketing (Pardot, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)
- Familiarité avec les outils de marketing en ligne et les plates-formes de médias sociaux
- Expérience dans le déploiement réussi de plateformes d'automatisation du marketing
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils de marketing en ligne et des plates-formes de médias sociaux.

- Help support the delivery of marketing plans;
- Continuously drive innovative improvements to maintain a differentiated competitive position;
- Collaborate with marketing product managers to develop brand and marketing communications within the broader customer journey;
- Develop standardized measurement plan for relevant KPIs to assess the marketing department"s effectiveness
- Pro-actively test, measure and implement new types of campaigns and/or advertising channels;
- Identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and efficiently attract prospects;
- Lead implementation of marketing programs across regions and teams;
- 1-3 years of experience in a related position
- Degree required in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience in the successful deployment of marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills, to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
