Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing

Role Summary Istituto Marangoni Miami is seeking applications and nominations for its inaugural Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing (VPEMM) position. The selected candidate should have knowledge of admissions, financial aid, and marketing to integrate these areas into a newly formed division. The VPEMM will play a pivotal role in shaping future enrollment growth through successful discount management, innovative recruitment plan design, and implementation of successful marketing tactics. An understanding of HubSpot (or similar CRM) and other up-to-date recruitment-related technology is needed. Knowledge of both domestic and international student recruitment is also necessary. Familiarity with luxury brand-related education programs and the ability to speak and/or understand Spanish would be helpful. The VPEMM will report directly to the President/CEO and supervise a team of approximately 15 staff members, which includes a division focused on Latin American (LATAM) recruitment efforts.
