About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Restaurants to take on a pivotal role in leading North American operations across multiple markets and concepts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, culture, and operational excellence, as well as leading the charge in openings, expansions, and new market rollouts. This is a hands-on position that requires a leader who is not only strategic but also deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, with a focus on building, scaling, and pushing the brand forward. The role also involves building and mentoring high-performing leadership teams and bringing energy, vision, and accountability to the business. The ideal candidate for the VP of Restaurants role at the company is a proven senior leader with a strong background in multi-unit or regional executive experience. They should be comfortable operating at both the big-picture strategy and hands-on execution levels, and possess a strong financial acumen with a history of leading P&L-driven businesses. A hospitality-first mindset, with a passion for people, culture, and guest experience, is essential.
