Health Systems Executive, Pacific Northwest

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Health Systems Executive to develop strategic partnerships with hospital network leadership in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves building account plans, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring successful service delivery across large integrated delivery networks while working remotely with significant travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hospital C-suite and key stakeholders across health system accounts
- Build and execute year-over-year business plans aligned with customer and company value drivers
- Lead sales campaigns using Danaher Business System tools with regional teams
- Partner with service organization to oversee installation, go-live, and post-installation support
- Provide indirect coaching and leadership to regional sales teams and area directors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or sciences; master's degree preferred
- 9+ years of sales experience in hospital or laboratory settings
- Demonstrated experience selling to C-suite executives within large IDNs
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of healthcare financial goals and business strategy development
- Knowledge of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics preferred
Compensation: $155,000 - $185,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay
